Your Teen CheckCard is an easy way to learn how to handle money. It's not a credit card, so there's no danger of being charged interest on your purchases. Your risk of running up a bill you can't afford is limited because each time you make a purchase or get cash, your account is immediately debited (withdrawn) from your available balance.

To apply for an STCU CheckCard, you'll need your parent's consent and signature and money in your account. Print a copy and fill out the STCU CheckCard application and an Authorized Card User Form.* Bring it to your nearest STCU branch location.
